Remembering Pregnancy with My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear + Giveaway

PIN IT!Pregnancy is a journey most moms will never forget. Though you struggle with nausea, lack of appetite, and a swollen body, it’s all worth it. You think back to those sweet baby kicks and ultrasound visits pining to hear their heartbeat. Hearing that sweet thumping gave you all the comfort in the world but what if you could hear it forever?

My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear

My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear is a recordable stuffed animal to put it simply. With more than 20 different soft animals to choose from you can select almost anything your heart desires. Once you select your animal and receive it in the mail, you can record your baby’s heartbeat with the provided heart recorder. Add it to the bag in their back and stuff it inside.

I know what you’re thinking, how good can the recorder really be? Well, it’s actually really high quality and gives you 20 seconds of recording time. Even when the battery dies it will still have that sweet thumping saved. Want to feel even more secure about having their heartbeat safe? You can upload it to the My Baby Heartbeat Bear app for it to be endlessly stored in the cloud.

Remembering the Bond

Most of you know I lost one of my twins this last pregnancy. I remember after losing Twin B I had what I called scanxiety. Every time I went in for an ultrasound I was terrified we wouldn’t be able to find Twin A’s heartbeat either. Though my anxiety did calm down after 24 weeks or so, I did still slightly panic there would be something wrong every scan.

A product like My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear would have been worth every penny in the world had I had the opportunity to record my lost twin’s heartbeat to remember forever. Pregnancy loss is hard for any mama and being able to preserve any piece of that little loss is something you would cling to in a second.

I will always be thankful for my sunshine baby, Bodie, but the loss of his twin will always be with me. If you are carrying your rainbow baby currently, you can also check out their Rainbow Keepsake Kit. The kit is like the regular animals except it comes in a rainbow box with a rainbow bow or tie.

Another Way to Remember Your Pregnancy

One of the other ways you can incorporate the My Baby’s Heartbeat Bear is with a unique gender reveal. Just like a cake or balloon, you can pass of the gender info in an envelope to a family member or friend. They can order the stuffed animal for you and place a pink tutu around its waist or a blue bow tie around its neck. Watch this short video below to see how to reveal the gender!

As you saw, something so simple can be so memorable. No matter how you to choose to remember your pregnancy, the bond is stronger than steel and the memories will always be with you.
