Summer has officially made its appearance here in Arizona this past week. Being over 100 every day makes it hard for kiddos to enjoy being outside. As a parent, you have to find fun ways to keep them entertained inside or cool enough to play outside. Popsicles are a summer tradition for us and I love to get creative with them. This year I’ve decided to create Mystery Popsicles!

You may be thinking that making popsicles a mystery is way to much work but actually, it’s stupid easy! You all may remember my Sparkling Ice Mocktail I created for the holidays when I was pregnant. Well, Sparkling Ice is making a comeback again in this household for the summer!

For those of you who aren’t familiar, Sparkling Ice is a fun, fizzy, sparkling water that comes in 16 different fruity flavors. Currently, Sparkling Ice has a mystery fruit flavor out on the shelves and your guess is as good as ours as to what the flavor is! I’m telling you—this one has our whole family stumped!

Me: I think it tastes a little sweet and sour so I’m going to go with Watermelon and Lime! Perfect for summer!

David: Strawberry Kiwi

Evan: Strawberry Cherry

Max: Cherry Watermelon

Bodie: Boobie milk….oh wait. Hahahaha!

What fun ice treats. My kids would love the gummy bears in them but I think I would also add some fruit.

that is so cool how the sparkling water is a mystery so it is almost like a game. in the sense that you don’t know what you are getting and that is pretty cool. and love the gummies in there.
