Every pregnancy is different but one thing that normally remains the same is the first trimester. It can be the worst trimester of all when it comes to morning sickness, nausea and more. After much trial and error, I’ve pulled together my first trimester nausea survival kit.
Nature Made Prenatal Multi + DHA
First up should be obvious but you need to take your prenatal vitamins for a healthy pregnancy. Nature Made Prenatal Multi+DHA are literally my go to. They provide a ridiculously good amount of DHA that many prenatals lack.
Three Lollies Preggie Pop Drops Plus
These have always been my go-to for morning sickness and come in a variety of flavors. I’m not sure what magic they possess but these hard candies do the trick for me every time. Grab your Preggie Pop Drops Assorted for Morning Sickness Relief and see if they work for you.
Three Lollies Preggie Naturals Chews
If hard candies aren’t your thing or make you more nauseous maybe give a chew a try. Three Lollies Preggie Naturals Chews have the same fighting power as the hard candies but in a chewy form.
Sea-Band Mama! Morning Sickness Relief
I have never tried the Sea-Band – Mama! before but I heard it worked wonders for many moms. I decided to give them a shot and they did work some but I wouldn’t recommend them as my only relief source. They couldn’t touch my migraines either but normal headaches it was helpful with any nausea I felt.
Prince of Peace 100% Natural Ginger Candy
If you’ve done any Google searching you will find that ginger is heavily recommended for nausea. Though I don’t mind ginger, putting it in a food just didn’t sound appealing. It can have a strong taste so I decided to give these Prince Of Peace Natural Ginger Candy Chews chews a try. I couldn’t handle eating them completely but they weren’t terrible and did help.
Ginger Snap Go Raw Sprouted Cookies – Ginger Snap
While the chews weren’t my favorite, I did opt for these Go Raw Organic Gluten-Free Sprouted Cookies ginger snap cookies and they were delish. They were way easy for me to handle and I was able to ease my nausea better with the cookies.
Though nausea is hard to beat, you can’t help but try everything you can to feel better. Hopefully, my first trimester nausea survival kit is successful in aiding you to a nausea free pregnancy.
A couple of these were my go-to as well. I wish I had tried the sea bands!
